All ENO hammocks and accessories carry a 2 year guarantee defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If an ENO product fails due to manufacturing defects during this period please contact us so we can organise a return to us for a repair or replacement.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee damage caused by improper use, improper care and punctures.

Please contact if you have a problem with the product and we can arrange a replacement, refund or repair.
We are happy to offer a replacement or refund if you had a change of mind but you will need to organise postage of the product back to us. We kindly ask that the products returned are unused and still have their tags on.
Also we reserve the right charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the returned item's value. Please contact us before sending the product back.
